Russians begin to bring DPRK soldiers to positions around Sudzha.

According to the Center for Counteracting Disinformation at the National Security and Defense Council, the Russians are trying to maximally disguise the military from North Korea who are deployed in the Kursk region. They wear Russian uniforms and are cautiously starting to take positions around the city of Sudzha. In total, more than 11 thousand DPRK soldiers are already present in the Kursk region, most of them are undergoing training in real combat conditions. The Russians are teaching the North Koreans to use drones and demonstrate them the capabilities of the Lancet strike UAVs. They are also training them to detect mining zones. The main goal of the Russian command is to 'bring' the DPRK military to combat readiness. According to an official, the Russians plan to replace their units in the east with soldiers from North Korea. However, this may take up to three months.
ISW reports that limited clashes continue on the Ukrainian bridgehead in the Kursk region, but neither the AFU nor the Russian troops have made significant advances. There are also reports about the expectation of new arrivals of North Koreans at the airfield in Kursk. According to The New York Times, North Korean soldiers have suffered their first losses in a battle with Ukrainian forces. Preliminary, the clashes were small-scale.
