Kyivstar to change tariffs from September 1: what you need to know.


Update of Kyivstar tariff plans from September 1, 2024
One of the largest mobile operators in Ukraine, "Kyivstar," has announced a global update of its tariff plans, which will come into effect from September 1, 2024. The changes will affect both prepaid and contract tariffs, including their cost, volume of minutes, and gigabytes.
According to the publication "Khvylia," the company will update the following tariff plans:
- LOVE UA Base,
- LOVE UA Contract,
- LOVE UA Light 2023,
- LOVE UA Light 2023 with Superpower Savings,
- Maximum Unlim 2019.
In particular, the "Maximum Unlim 2019" tariff plan will feature new capabilities, such as "Select Superpowers" and "Roaming like at home," which will significantly enhance functionality for subscribers.
Kyivstar representatives stressed that the service volumes would be increased. Subscribers will have access to significantly more minutes and gigabytes of internet traffic.
It is also important to note that the costs of these tariff plans will be reviewed. However, the company did not disclose details regarding prices.
Kyivstar announced that users would receive notifications about tariff changes via SMS. These messages will contain more detailed information about the new conditions and the current cost. Notifications will be sent no later than 7 days before the changes are implemented.
The current publication "Khvylia" previously reported that some of the tariff plans increased in cost by 50 UAH. The price increase is also scheduled for September.
