The Ministry of Defense of Hungary clarified that the video with the armored vehicles in Budapest is related to the Ludovika festival and other materials are archival footage from the Adaptive Hussars 23 training exercises.

The Center for Counteracting Disinformation believes that this is part of the information war by the Russian Federation, which is trying to escalate relations between Ukraine and its neighbors.

Hungary has postponed scheduled negotiations with the Ukrainian delegation regarding the rights of national minorities, which were supposed to take place on May 12. Prime Minister of Hungary Viktor Orban also voted against Ukraine's accession to the EU.
