Ukraine's women's football team advances to the final playoff round of Euro-2025.
Ukraine's women's football team has advanced to the final playoff round of the European Championship 2025 qualifying. They defeated Turkey in the first round. This was reported by «Suspilne».
The qualifying playoff consists of two stages. In the first round, the Turkish footballers became opponents of the Ukrainians. The first match ended in a 1:1 draw.
The decisive return match took place in Chisinau, where Ukraine won with a score of 2:0. This victory allowed the Ukrainian team to advance to the final playoff round of the 2025 Women's Euro qualifiers. There, they will face the winner of the Belgium – Greece match.
The final playoff match for the Ukrainian football team will take place at the end of November – beginning of December.
Recall that Ukraine’s national football team began their qualifying journey for the Women's European Championship 2025. Their first match was played against Kosovo.
