In Ukraine, discounts will be introduced for paying fines at the TCC and 'amnesty' for draft evaders: how it works.

The Verkhovna Rada has approved a law that provides a 50% discount for voluntary payment of the TCC fine. The main goal of this law is to encourage military registration offenders to pay fines and enlist in military service. Moreover, the law allows for the possibility of self-payment of a reduced TCC fine. If a person contacts the authorized bodies and pays the fine within 10 days, the amount will be 8,500 hryvnias, which is half of the total amount of 17,000 hryvnias.
This draft law also provides for the possibility of closing administrative cases regarding military registration violations for men who voluntarily enlist in military service. To implement such a discount system, a new article is to be introduced in the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses.
