Today, cloudy weather with clearings is expected in Ukraine. The Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center reports that at night in the south, east of the country, and in Sumy Oblast, light rain is possible during the day in the Carpathians and Transcarpathia, while no precipitation is expected in the rest of the territory. Additionally, at night and in the morning, fog may occur in places in the Carpathians and Transcarpathia. Air temperature at night will range from 0 to 5 degrees Celsius, reaching up to 8 degrees in the south. During the day, temperatures are expected to be between 9-14 degrees Celsius, while in Transcarpathia and the southern regions, it will be 15-20 degrees. Wind speed will be 3-8 m/s.

The weather will become somewhat unpredictable, but overall quite comfortable. I recommend dressing warmly, but not excessively. Also, don’t forget an umbrella, light rain is possible.
