Ukrainians reminded of an important requirement for receiving subsidies: what needs to be reported to the PFU.


The Pension Fund of Ukraine explained which circumstances the recipient of the housing subsidy should report to maintain the benefits.
This is reported by "Khvylya", referring to the press service of the PFU.
It is noted that a person assigned a housing subsidy must report this within 30 calendar days from the occurrence of circumstances affecting the assignment of the subsidy. This requirement is established by point 90 of the Regulation on the procedure for assigning housing subsidies, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
Such circumstances include:
- Changes in the composition of registered household members, their social status, changes in the composition of the family members of the household.
- Changes in the list of housing and communal services received, the conditions of their provision.
- Change of manager, service provider, creation of a condominium association in a multi-apartment building.
- Staying abroad of a household member or a family member of a household member together for more than 60 days.
- Making a one-Time purchase of more than 50 thousand hryvnias, as well as acquiring or obtaining ownership rights to property valued over 50 thousand hryvnias.
- Acquiring ownership of vehicles (excluding mopeds and trailers).
- Conducting transactions for the purchase of cashless and/or cash foreign currency, banking metals for a total exceeding 50 thousand hryvnias (these transactions are summarized over 12 months).
- Receiving by a citizen, who is assigned a housing subsidy, or by a member of his family a one-time income exceeding 25 times the subsistence minimum established for able-bodied persons.
- Opening a bank deposit account for a total exceeding 100 thousand hryvnias, or purchasing domestic government bonds for a total exceeding 100 thousand hryvnias.
- Ceasing to meet the requirements for receiving a subsidy for excess housing space.
Also, in certain regions of Ukraine, subsidy recipients are required to report the stay of a household member abroad for more than 60 days within a month after the termination of martial law in Ukraine.
Earlier it was reported who needs to be informed before October 1 to receive a heating subsidy.
