Ukraine at OSCE explained why building joint security with aggressive Russia is impossible.

Ukraine calls to isolate the threat coming from Russia
The threat coming from Russia must be isolated through joint efforts, announced Viktoria Kuvshynnykova, permanent representative of Ukraine to the OSCE, responding to the speech of the head of the Finnish Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
She thanked Finland for its determination in fighting Russian aggression and called for the attention of the OSCE. Kuvshynnykova stated that the Russian war became a key test for the OSCE, revealing Russia as a state that tries to veto freedom of choice and conquer its neighbors.
"This is the main threat to stability in Europe. And this threat must be isolated once and for all," said Kuvshynnykova.
Kuvshynnykova expressed hope that the next OSCE chairman will continue the fight against Russian threats and challenges. She noted that Russia conducts hybrid attacks against OSCE member states, including cyberattacks and information terrorism.
Ukraine called on OSCE to contribute to the development of a common strategy to combat Russian threats and to remain a platform for addressing security issues, including food and energy security. The country also emphasized the need to combat the destructive role of Russia in the field of the environment and biodiversity conservation.
