Construction of new buildings is planned at the Vinnytsia Regional Medical Rehabilitation Center for Children.


In Vinnytsia, the regional medical rehabilitation center for children is set to be expanded. According to the decision project of the Vinnytsia Regional Council, three new buildings will be constructed.
This facility plans to accommodate a ward unit with shelter and two rehabilitation buildings. The new structures will be located on a land plot of 3.4489 hectares at 17 Nagirna Street in Vinnytsia.
Vyacheslav Sokolovyi, head of the Vinnytsia regional council, announced that French partners will assist in establishing the new ward unit, and representatives from the Czech Republic will implement the construction of the rehabilitation buildings.
The director of the Vinnytsia Regional Medical Rehabilitation Center for Children, Larysa Movchan, stated that the ward unit will be equipped with dry and hydrorehabilitation, as well as modular type rehabilitation rooms. Thanks to sponsors who support its implementation, the project is coming to life. With the launch of new buildings, the number of patients receiving qualified assistance will increase.
The Vinnytsia Regional Medical Rehabilitation Center for Children provides services for children from all over Ukraine, as well as outpatient services for adults.
The communal non-profit enterprise 'Vinnytsia Regional Medical Rehabilitation Center for Children of the Vinnytsia Regional Council' is a regional institution that provides all types of rehabilitation services for children and adults in inpatient and outpatient settings.
In 2024, an agreement was signed with the National Health Service of Ukraine (NHSU) for five service packages for the medical guarantees program. In particular, these include prevention, diagnosis, monitoring, and treatment in outpatient settings; mobile palliative medical care for adults and children; medical rehabilitation for infants born prematurely or with illnesses within three years; rehabilitation assistance for adults and children in inpatient conditions; rehabilitation assistance for adults and children in outpatient conditions.
