The TCC revealed how they search for conscripts with outdated data.

Colonel Serhiy Monukalo, who holds the position of Deputy Head of the center and oversees the mobilization and defense work sector of the Sumy Regional TCC and CC, provided answers to several questions regarding further steps concerning citizens who did not update their information by July 16.
In an interview for the publication "Glavred," he explained how the search and notification of citizens who have not updated their data takes place.
The colonel noted that "Ukrposhta" is the main tool in this process, and address notification is also used. Organization representatives personally visit the home addresses of conscripts according to the notification protocol.
"At the home address, TCC representatives form postal notifications with a description of the enclosure. Because a notification without a description, without an envelope, which is thrown into a mailbox is not properly delivered - only as a postal enclosure or personally in hand," explained Monukalo.
The colonel also pointed out that relatives who receive conscripts' notifications are not considered a correct method of notification, especially if they claim the person is absent at the mentioned address.
If a conscript cannot be found at their registered place, a search procedure is initiated. A request to the National Police to enter the person into the wanted list is formed based on the received information. Monukalo emphasized that all those who violated military registration rules are entered into a special database, and appropriate measures will be taken against them in accordance with the law.
Members of parliament introduced a bill proposing to reduce the fine for not updating military registration data from 17,000 to 8,500 hryvnias.
