The National Agency for Corruption Prevention accuses former Deputy Head of the Odesa Regional TCC Denys Halushko of inaccurate declaration for 2023. According to the results of the NACP inspection, the official hid assets worth over 7.3 million hryvnias.

Official's Real Estate

According to NACP data, Denys Halushko did not declare a residential building with an area of 189.5 square meters and a land plot of 625 square meters in the village of Tairove in Odesa region, where he lived in 2023. The property belongs to his mother-in-law, Olena Shevchenko. Experts estimated the value of this building at 6.79 million hryvnias.

Cost of the Car

Moreover, the official provided inaccurate information in the declaration regarding the value of two cars owned by his wife. In particular, according to the data submitted by Halushko, his Mazda CX-5 costs 550 thousand hryvnias, while in reality, its price is only 50 thousand hryvnias.

Overall, the total amount of hidden assets exceeds 7.38 million hryvnias. The NACP has already forwarded materials regarding the former official to law enforcement agencies. Additionally, Denys Halushko was the deputy to the former head of the Odesa Regional TCC Yevhen Borysov, who is being tried for illegal enrichment of over 188 million hryvnias.

The accusations against the former deputy head of the Odesa Regional TCC for inaccurate declaration for 2023 concern the concealment of assets worth over 7.3 million hryvnias, including real estate and cars. The NACP has forwarded materials regarding this case to law enforcement agencies to establish the validity of the official's declarations. Halushko is also linked to the former head of the TCC Yevhen Borysov, who is on trial for illegal enrichment of a significant amount. These accusations are part of a broader fight against corruption in Ukraine.
