Penalties from the TCC: how to check and what soldiers can be punished for.

Territorial recruitment centers (TCC) impose strict administrative sanctions for violating the rules. According to the Cabinet of Ministers' resolution, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has established a diverse system of fines for conscripts. The fines range from 17,000 to 25,500 hryvnias for individuals and from 34,000 to 59,000 hryvnias for officials and legal entities.
Among the violations for which measures will be taken are late registration at the TCC, failure to inform about changes of residence or work, ignoring military medical commissions, and losing or damaging military documents.
Payment of fines is to be made through modern digital platforms, such as the 'Diia' mobile app, the Opendatabot service, and the Unified Register of Debtors. It is noted that late payment of the fine will lead to automatic doubling of the fine amount. This will strengthen the financial discipline of conscripts.
Earlier, information was reported about the TCC's responsibility for illegal mobilization. Now the Council will prepare bills.
