Russian occupiers deprive mobilized miners of Luhansk region of social guarantees.

Mobilized miners are offered to resign in exchange for monetary compensation for unused leave
The head of the Luhansk OVA Artem Lysogora said that mobilized miners of the Russian army are being offered to write a resignation letter, while they will lose all social guarantees provided by labor legislation. The employment contract with these people is suspended during mobilization, and they are offered to voluntarily stay without any social guarantees.
The miners of the "Vostokugol" company, who were forcibly mobilized, were offered to receive monetary compensation for unused leave days that they had accumulated before the conscription. To do this, they need to submit a corresponding application indicating resignation at their own request or by mutual agreement of the parties. This offer is official from the "ministry of energy" of the "LPR".
Lysogor emphasized that the employment contract with the miners is suspended during the mobilization period, so accepting such an offer would mean voluntarily giving up social guarantees.
Let us remind you that the occupiers are militarizing Ukrainian children in the occupied territories.
