The Russian Federation uses banned weapons previously deployed in Donetsk airport.

Russian military use banned aerosol grenades in Kharkiv region
Russian military in Kharkiv region have begun using K-51 aerosol grenades, which are banned by the Geneva Convention, reported the spokesperson of the Operational-Tactical Group of Forces ‘Kharkiv’ Vitaliy Sarantsev.
According to him, the Russians are trying to shoot down Ukrainian FPV drones in the area of the settlement Hlyboke, using hunting weapons.
«Another disgraceful fact about the occupiers – they have again started using K-51 aerosol grenades. I want to remind you that these grenades are unconventional weapons and banned by the Geneva Convention», said Sarantsev.
He also noted that this is not the first Time the enemy has used such weapons. The Russians previously used aerosol grenades, particularly in the Donetsk airport.
«A total of more than 460 cases of the use of this ammunition by the Russians have been recorded over the entire 10-year war», stated the spokesperson.
Let us recall that the Russian occupiers also use banned chemical weapons, in particular, chloropicrin, across the entire front line in Ukraine to weaken the ability of Ukrainian forces to defend fortified positions and even force them to retreat.
It is also worth noting that Russia began the offensive on the Kharkiv region a month earlier than planned, which caused other units of the Russian troops, which were supposed to advance in Donbas at the same time, to be inadequately prepared.
