Customers can increase their card transfer limit in the Privat24 app, contact customer support through the online chat on the bank's website or by phone at 3700, or visit the bank's branch in person. In summary: PrivatBank is introducing new limits on the maximum amount of card transfers and transfers via IBAN details to ensure transparency in the payment services market. These restrictions will not apply to payments for goods and services, there are exceptions for certain categories of customers, as well as the possibility to increase limits for individual cases.
