Subpoena from TCC can be verified for legitimacy in the 'Reserve+' app – Ministry of Defense.

Conscripts will be able to verify the legitimacy of the signature by scanning QR codes in the "Reserve+" system. This was announced by the head of the information technology department of the Ministry of Defense, Oleg Berestovoy, on the air of the telethon.
"We are simplifying the issuance of subpoenas in the "Oberig" registry; now it is possible to automatically generate a subpoena and sign it with the electronic signature of the head of the TCC, and then it will be delivered to the conscript. In order for the conscript to be able to verify whether this signature of the TCC head is legitimate. Thanks to the scanning of QR codes in Reserve+, he will be able to verify this," noted Berestovoy.
Earlier, Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine Kateryna Chernohorenko stated that part of Ukrainians are afraid to use the "Reserve+" app for updating data. The reason is the fake news about the app.
"Reserve+" is a Ukrainian mobile application developed by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine. The application allows conscripts, military personnel, and reservists to update their account data and obtain an electronic military registration document. The launch took place in May 2024.
