General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine calls on citizens to avoid combat zones
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine called on citizens, including foreigners, not to be in combat zones without permission. This was mentioned in the statement of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. “Despite the security measures taken by the military command to achieve the operation's objectives, preserve the lives and health of military personnel and civilians, there are instances of unauthorized entry by individuals into combat zones”, the statement reads. The General Staff emphasized that this can negatively affect the security measures of troop (force) deployment, thus creating an additional threat to the lives of both our soldiers and civilians. “We urge Ukrainian and foreign citizens to adhere to the established rules regarding movement in combat zones, including the twenty-kilometer border zone of the Sumy region”, the command concluded. As previously reported by “Glavcom”, the Security Service, Armed Forces, and intelligence carried out the largest attack on Russian military airfields in the entire war. It is noted that the strike was carried out using long-range drones.Read also
