Shelling of Poltava Region: «Ukrzaliznytsia» warned about timetable deviations.


As a result of the infrastructure shelling in the Poltava region on August 4, several «Ukrzaliznytsia» trains continue to fall significantly behind the schedule. This was reported on the company's Telegram channel.
Among the trains that deviate from the schedule:
- No. 104/103 Lviv – Kramatorsk with a delay of 5 hours and 10 minutes;
- No. 22/21 Lviv – Kharkiv with a delay of 5 hours and 10 minutes;
- No. 2/1 Ivano-Frankivsk – Kharkiv with a delay of 2 hours and 35 minutes;
- No. 202/201 Vorokhta – Kharkiv with a delay of 2 hours and 35 minutes.
At the same Time, trains 64/63 Lviv – Kharkiv and 112/111 Lviv – Izyum returned to their normal schedule at night.
«The two-group train brought 218 passengers to Kyiv during the curfew, so bus transfers around the city were organized for them, if necessary – the possibility of overnight accommodation or transfer to other routes», – reported «Ukrzaliznytsia».
Recall, on the night of August 4, an air alert was declared in Ukraine due to the threat of enemy Shahed-type attack drones, as well as cruise missiles. Explosions were also reported in Kharkiv and in Myrhorod, Poltava region. In the morning, «Ukrzaliznytsia» reported the shelling of railway infrastructure in the region, causing delays on the Kharkiv direction trains.
