The President forms a government of trusted people

Kysak noted that although the composition of the government does not change significantly, the conditions of war require unity in the work of all branches of power - the Office of the President, the government, and the parliamentary majority. He emphasized that all laws must comply with European legislation and Ukraine must fulfill its obligations as a candidate country in the European Union.
'Every ministry must have proactive leaders who are not afraid of responsibility and can communicate effectively, including with European partners.'
He also stressed that after six months, an analysis of the government's work will be conducted to determine the need for further rotations. Kysak emphasized the importance of ensuring stability, efficiency, and a clear state vertical of governance in wartime conditions.
Earlier, the MP explained why there will be no 'new faces' in the Cabinet of Ministers. President Volodymyr Zelensky submitted a draft resolution to the Verkhovna Rada on the appointment of a new Minister of Defense and a new Prime Minister.
Under the leadership of the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, the government is being formed based on trust and responsibility to ensure effective work in wartime conditions and compliance with European standards.
