The Ministry of Defense has established new rules for passing the military medical commission: the fine reaches 25 thousand.

The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine explained how citizens who are limited in their suitability for military service should pass the military medical commission.
According to the Ministry of Defense, all citizens who received a status of limited suitability before May 4, 2024, must successfully undergo a repeated medical examination by February 4, 2025.
'At this stage, passing the military medical examination is only possible by referral issued by the TCC. To issue a referral, the TCC must summon the conscript with a subpoena,' the Ministry of Defense reported.
According to the legislation, medical examinations are conducted by territorial centers of recruitment in the place of residence of the conscripts. It is worth noting that conscripts can independently contact the TCC to obtain a referral for the military medical commission if they have not received a subpoena.
The Ministry also emphasizes that the decision of the military medical commission on the degree of suitability of the conscript is valid for one year from the date of completion of the medical examination, so it is necessary to update medical information annually.
For violation of military accounting rules, administrative responsibility is provided in the form of a fine ranging from 17,000 to 25,500 hryvnias.
Regarding the display of status in the mobile app Reserve+, in case of failure to appear for a repeated examination after receiving a subpoena, the conscript's status will change to 'wanted'.
The TCC also explained how to act with the subpoena if there is a reservation or deferment.
