Canadians propose to block US access to Pornhub amid trade war.

Canadians against American porn sites
In light of the trade conflicts between Canada and the US, Canadian comedian Matthew Puzhitsky suggested banning Americans from accessing one of the world's most popular porn sites - Pornhub. He called this initiative 'Canada's nuclear weapon.' This proposal sparked widespread reaction, and a petition emerged calling for the Canadian government to prohibit access to this site. Currently, Pornhub's headquarters is in Montreal, but it has over 3 million views per month in the US.
However, one of the supporters of this idea stated that such a ban would help Canada win the trade war with the US. But whether this could indeed be an effective step towards resolving the conflict is hard to say.
Trade war between the US and the European Union
The conflict between the US and the European Union, which began with the introduction of 25 percent tariffs on steel and aluminum by the US, has its consequences. Despite discussions and negotiations to lift these duties, the US still maintains these fees on products from Canada. Canada's response was to ban US cruise ships from entering British Columbia ports. The trade conflict continues, and there is no certainty when it will end and what consequences it will have for both countries.
