Some Ukrainians will not be able to apply for a deferment in 'Reserve+'.

The Ministry of Defense reports that students, postgraduate students, and doctoral candidates will temporarily not be able to apply for an online deferment in the 'Reserve+' application. The reason for this is technical work in the Unified State Electronic Database on Education.
Despite this, already granted deferments will not be violated, and their status will be displayed in the application. The operation of other 'Reserve+' services will not be affected by the technical work.
The Ministry of Defense promises to inform about the restoration of the service in the 'Reserve+' application.
The 'Reserve+' application provides an opportunity to apply for an online deferment from mobilization. It is available for students, postgraduate students, and doctoral candidates, as well as for people with disabilities and large families. In addition, a recruitment service has become available in the application, which will help Ukrainians find a military vacancy that best suits their needs.
