IDF struck Hezbollah's weapons depots in Lebanon.


Israeli military forces (IDF) carried out an attack on Hezbollah's sites in Lebanon, aimed at destroying the weapons depots belonging to this terrorist organization. Israeli media report this.

According to sources, the strike was targeted at several key depots in southern Lebanon, where Hezbollah stored weapons and ammunition.
Previously, the Hezbollah group, based in Lebanon, shelled northern Israel on the night of August 4. According to Israeli media, about 50 rockets were fired from southern Lebanon towards Upper Galilee.
Later, the Israel Defense Forces reported about 30 rockets, most of which were intercepted by the air defense system, while the rest fell in uninhabited areas. No casualties were reported.
Earlier, the Israel Defense Forces reported that they attacked several Hezbollah targets and eliminated a representative of the terrorist organization.
Furthermore, the U.S. Department of Defense decided to deploy additional forces and equipment to the Middle East region amid preparations for a possible Iranian attack on Israel.
